1. Programmer (15600-39100+5400/Grade pay) -01
(Dept. of Linguistics and Punjabi Lexicography)
Qualification :
Master's degree with minimum 55% marks in Computer Applications/Computer Science/Computer Engineering /Information Technology or equivalent.
OR
B.Tech/B.E degree with minimum 55% marks in computer Science/ Computer Engineering / Information Technology.
OR
B.E/ B.Tech with 55% marks in Electronics / Electronics and Instrumentation/Electronic Communication with 2 Years experience in Computing in reputed organisation.
2. Technical Assistant (10300-34800+3800 /Grade pay)
Dept. of Music -01 (SC) Dept. of Professor Harbans Singh Encyclopaedia of Sikhism -01 Qualification :
Graduation with 3 years experience. OR Diploma (3years) from recognised Institution with 5 years experience. OR Diploma (2years)/Certificate (2years) from recognised Institution with 7 years experience Note: 1. The required experience should be in the line of speciality suiting job requirements. 2. Before Interview practical test will be conducted to assess the proficiency of the candidate for the required job. Note : i) Candidates must have passed Punjabi in Matriculation or equivalent examination as per
University rules.
ii) Candidates already in service should send their applications through proper channel.
However, an advance copy along with required certificates/ Detail marks cards/ documents
may be sent directly.
iii) Univerisity reserves the right to fill up or not to fill up the posts and to call only suitable
candidates for interview. Number of posts may also vary.
iv) Separate form shold be sent for each post of every departmant.
v) Only meritorious Candidates will be called for interview and it is not necessary to call all
eligible candidates Incomplete forms will be rejected.
