Job Requirement:
For Post No. 1
Directs the operations of fertilizer processing units in the manufacture of
Ammonia, Urea and Complex fertilizers and other Plants, and overall in-charge
of Maintenance / Engineering / Inspection / Materials management, etc. and to
form a part of the Management Team.
For Post No.2
To provide broad direction, leadership guidance and supervision to the
Personnel & Administration Group in all its functional areas. Responsible for
the Personnel & Administration Group and to manage and administer the
integrated functions of Personnel, Administration, Employee Welfare Service,
Industrial Relations, Industrial Security, Public Relations and Legal sections.
For Post No.3
Responsible for the entire Marketing & Distribution functions (including
imported raw materials) in the Company, which includes 11 Regional Offices
catering 6,000 retail dealers. MFL is marketing its products in the brand name
of “VIJAY” in the states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Kerala.
GM (M&D) has to develop state-wise sales plan and capable of achieving the
targets. GM (M&D) is responsible for developing the markets and new avenues
for marketing other new products also.
For GENERAL MANAGERS :
Experience: 30 years of experience or 23 years of Post Qualification
experience in Supervisory level or a minimum of 2 years experience in E7
Scale of Pay in the relevant field.
Age - As on 14.10.2011: Preferable age would be 48 years and in any case
the age of the candidate should not be exceeding 53 years. Relaxable by 5
years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates. 5 yrs of Relaxation will be
given to Physically Challenged candidates in addition to the normal relaxation.
Scale of pay : ` 51300 - 73000
For PROBATIONARY ENGINEERS :
Age - As on 14.10.2011: Not exceeding 28 years. Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates. 5 yrs of Relaxation will be given to Physically Challenged candidates in addition to the normal relaxation.
Scale of pay : ` 12600 - 32500
Probationary Period : 1 year from the date of joining
Absorption: On successful completion of one year probationary period, candidates may be considered for permanent absorption in E1 scale of pay of ` 16400 – 40500 /-, subject to availability of vacancy and satisfactory performance during training.
PF, Gratuity, Superannuation, medical, canteen, transport and other perks will be as per Company Rules.
