DSSSB RESULTS -
In Compliance of order of Hon’ble CAT in OA No. 725 dated 23/04/2012 titled as
Monika Varun & Anr. Vs. DSSSB & Ors. & OA no.669/2012, dated 06.08.2012, titled as
Vandana & Hema Pant v/s GNCT & ors. and Kanishka Pal, OA No. 769/2012 dated
24.08.2012, the following candidates with particulars mentioned against each have
provisionally been selected to the post of Staff Nurse in the Health & Family Welfare
Department, GNCT of Delhi in the Pay Scale of Rs. 9300-34800/-+GP 4600/- under the
post code 77/09.
Further, one candidate namely, Ms. Neelam having Roll No. 07510550, whose
candidature was kept pending for want of documents vide earlier result notice No. 69
dated 18/07/2012 has submitted the requisite documents. On submission of the
documents and subsequently after determining her eligibility for the said post as per the
orders of the Ld CAT in OA No. 416/212 & MA No. 325/2012 titled as Amrita & Ors Vs
GNCT & Ors, and OA No.669/2012, titled as Vandana v/s GNCT & Ors. Kanishka Pal, OA
No. 769/2012 titled as Kanishka Pal Vs GNCTD & Ors, the candidates are hereby
provisionally selected and recommended to the post of Staff Nurse under SC/UR/OBC
category.

During the course of scrutiny of the dossier of one of the petitioner namely, Ms. Monika
Varun, Roll No.07727853 (D.O.B.09/12/1986) under SC category it is found that she had
not enclosed SC certificate alongwith her Application form. The candidate, later on,
submitted SC certificate issued from DC (North) dated 07/04/2011 which is issued 15
months after the cutoff date i.e. 15/01/2010. Hence she is not eligible as per the terms and
conditions of the said Advertisement and her candidature is hereby rejected.
Ms. Neelam having Roll No. 07510550 was kept pending for want of SC Certificate vide
result notice No.69 dated 18/07/2012 and she was directed to visit the Board within 10
day of declaration of result for submission of the same. Accordingly, she appeared and
submitted her documents which are found in order and after verification of her documents
she is also proposed as eligible for the post of Staff Nurse under the post code 77/09.

For admissibility of benefit of reservation the result has been processed as per
the judgment dated 04.08.2009 of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India as passed in Civil
Appeal No. 5092 of 2009 arising out of Petition (s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Civil)
No(s). 24327/05 - Subhash Chandra & Anr. V/s The DSSSB & Ors., With WP © no. 507 of
2008- Sarv Rural and Urban Welfare Society versus U.O.I. and Ors. because the main
result was declared on 27/1/2011 accordingly to law as applicable on that date.
The selection of above 05 candidates (UR-01, OBC-02 &SC-02 ) is subject to
fulfillment of all conditions of eligibility as prescribed by the statutory RRs and the terms
and conditions as indicated in the advertisement inviting applications and also subject to
the thorough verification of their identity with reference to their photographs, Signatures, hand writing and thumb impression on their Application forms, Admit Card
etc. The candidature of the candidate is liable to be cancelled by the user Department
also, in case the candidate is found not fulfilling the eligibility conditions or for any other
genuine reasons. The competent authority of the user Department shall arrange to verify
the correctness of information/documents as furnished in the application form after
verification of the same from the original documents/issuing authority.
Mere inclusion of name in the result notice does not confer any right upon the
candidate over the post.
While every care has been taken in preparing the result, the DSSSB
reserves the right to rectify errors and omissions, if any.
