For Personnel Department: 3 Nos. (Two in E3 & One in E5 grade)
Candidates should have1st Class in MBA/ PG Degree/Diploma in Human Resource/ Personnel Management with 60% aggregate marks of all years/ semesters (55% for SC/ST candidates) from reputed institutes. The incumbent will be required to deal with all personnel matters of the office including recruitment process and carry out industrial relations functions and maintain liaison with Labour Department and District Authorities and advise the Management in matters concerning labour laws and industrial relations. Candidates with Degree in Law will be preferred.
For HRD Section: 1 No. (E2/E3 grade)
Candidates should have1st Class in MBA (HR) with 60% aggregate marks of all years/ semesters (55% for SC/ST candidates) from reputed institutes and a certification of being a Trainer in the field of Management.
For E2 Grade:
Candidates should have minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
For E3 Grade:
Candidates should have minimum 11 years of relevant work experience.
For E5 Grade:
Candidates should have minimum 18 years of relevant work experience.
Remuneration & Perks
The relevant scales of pay approved and in vogue in the company are :
Grade E2 : Rs. 24900-3%-50500/-
Grade E3 : Rs. 32900-3%-58000/-
Grade E5 : Rs.43200-3%-66000/-
In addition to Pay and DA (IDA pattern), they will be eligible for subsidized accommodation if available (or HRA in lieu), and Perks and allowances as admissible under ‘Cafeteria Approach’. Performance related pay, other benefits like PF, gratuity, medical facilities for self and family, leave/ leave encashment as per company’s rule.
